As a younger teen in a workplace, you may have challenges such as the older generation taking you seriously, as well as trying to prove yourself worthy of the job. You have to work harder to prove that you are there to work hard and do the job right. You have to have a strong first impression and show that you aren't there jsut for the money. It is important to be good with social intelligence, because without it you won't be successful in a work enviornment. You will mix up work with what you do out side of work. You might even bring drama and gossip, which results in unhealthy work relationships.
